When a stylish lady leaves her tiny dog in a shop, chaos ensues. A well-meaning surveyor tries to return it but is mistaken for a thief by an overly strict policeman. A hilarious chase follows, as all four cross paths in a series of absurd situations, unable to solve their own troubles. By day’s end, the lady is reunited with her dog, the surveyor finds love, and the policeman is left humiliated.
