Against his will, Mister Rossi ends up in Venice, a city full of dirty canals, shaky buildings, and overcrowded, unsafe steamboats. Hoping to impress the usual pretty tourist, he tries to fight the disease that is destroying the city – but in the end, even Mister Rossi is defeated.
