Leaving his office, Mister Rossi suddenly notices that everyone seems to own a car. Feeling left out, he gets his driver’s license and, after paying a mountain of bills, finally buys one too. But as a new driver, he quickly finds himself in a series of misadventures – dealing with traffic, pedestrians, and endless car troubles. The short ends with Mister Rossi crashing once again, landing in the hospital to fix… himself!
