Mister Rossi, suddenly struck by a passion for filmmaking, buys a video camera and films everything around him as if the world were his set. After editing it and adding a soundtrack, he sends his humble movie to a festival – but, of course, it’s rejected. Furious, he grabs the film and ruins it, cutting, scratching, and smearing it. By a funny twist of fate, this very same ruined movie ends up at the festival—and this time, it wins an Oscar!
